Low Voltage Switchgear

ACS custom manufactures Metal Enclosed or Metal Clad switchgear for low voltage draw-out or fixed type insulated case circuit breakers up to 5000 Amps. Our freestanding cabinets are constructed from 12-gauge steel to maximize strength and longevity. Its front sections can accommodate a wide range of circuit breakers. The rear sections contain the main bus, riser bus, and cable termination links. Our custom capabilities allow us to address any custom design, ampacity, dimension or application.

Our generator control switchgear was designed on the basis of industry standards and availability of parts around the world.  We use Basler Regulators, Woodward Governor Controllers, and PLC’s for alarm and function control.
